Thank you for the kind words for Knit One Purl Two. we appreciate your support! We had a situation similar to this with a Berroco yarn. I knit it up--it was a disaster so I called the company and returned all the yarn to them. I thought the yarn was beautiful to look at but I couldn't sell it in good conscience. In your situation, I would have called Prism and asked to return the yarn for credit. If that were possible, I'd give you store credit, if Prism wouldn't take it, I'd give you 50% back and a gracious apology.
