So, yeah....I pretty much got nothing. The high point of the week was the arrival of our zombie xing sign, which now adds some comic cheer to the veggie garden gate. We do enjoy a zombie here in Muttville. I ordered it from Zed's Zombie Ranch, just in case you might need a little zombie in your life. No affiliation....just think Zed is cool.
Due to AH's diligent care, the green beans are getting close to bud stage. I find beans oddly beautiful. The way they twine around and the shape of their leaves..nature is so creative.
No movies this week. We ran some errands Saturday morning, but then hybernated in the house the rest of the weekend. We did find some good tele in the BBC series 'Survivors' which of course, since it is really very good, only has 12 episodes. Cheers to Netflix Instant for providing them for us.
My one and only goal for today is to make enough progress on Emerson's blanket that I can begin the i-cord edging. There are only 10 rows left, so I know I can do this. His baby shower is 2 weeks away. Good thing I work best with a deadline.
Kysa had a pregnancy photo shoot with friend and amazing photographer, Tom Holoubek, on Saturday. This is the first one he has had time to share with us and I can hardly wait to see more. He did her wedding photos and is a super nice guy.
That's it for Monday. I have jury duty tomorrow.....my first time! I'm sort of looking forward to it. New experiences are always exciting!
