My boss has been on vacation for nearly 3 weeks and I am tired. Today, on my day off, I have fallen into this chair with no plans of moving. I am done in. To all of you who work long days on your feet, I salute you. You are better folks than I.
On the bright side, last night was family dinner and I remembered the camera. When little people get old enough to move (quickly!) it's harder to get spontaneous pictures, but last night we got a few of the many faces of Miss C.
During dinner. I don't know if every baby is funny, but Cam is just hilarious. Sometimes I look over at her during dinner and she's doing a little baby dance in her chair. Just having a happy little time all on her own.
She is currently fascinated by our water spout. She pretends she's getting water and then taking a drink. Here she is using the container as part of her percussion performance. Dig the froggy pjs. :-)
Self portrait one. She held the camera and I pushed the button.
Self portrait two; same deal.
It's amazing to see how she changes from week to week. Her vocabulary is growing quickly as are the number of things/words she can sign. And can she move. One minute she's there and the next she is running to the piano, or the fridge to play with the magnets, or down the hall to find the cats. Toddlers are for the young; I can hardly keep up. She is every bit her middle name; Joy.
